In every industry there is a war for talent. Why not poach Clemson; go after a large portion of their staff; leave Dabo and Venables and the guy who provides the PEDs but recruit all others. This includes ops staff, recruiting coordinators, academic advisors, all of it. Clemson largely poached Bama, why shouldn't we do the same? They took Brad Scott right in, so, why not?
Let's be real here. Ask yourself, if you are a member of the Clemson staff, what does Carolina offer that can't be had at Clemson. It's not financial gain, it's not better facilities, it's not a better program. Why would anyone leave.
