MUST read diatribe by a SC fan on one of their message boards trying to convince themselves that Dabo is not for real and he's "cycling out" LOL......
"The sun won't shine up Dabo's ass forever, but I think he's too foolish to realize that. He would, however, be wise to take heed of something Shakespeare wrote and take the advice of another great, in another right, John Wooden. Here's the warning and advice. Shakespeare wrote, "uneasy lies the head that wears the crown." I will be there when that crown comes toppling off Dabo's head, and it will! And as for Wooden's advice, arguably the greatest coach ever in any sport, "Talent is God given. Be humble. Fame is man-given. Be grateful. Conceit is self-given. Be careful." The latter is what separates great men and coaches (Spurrier, Saban, Wooden, Parcells, etc etc) from the conceited, peevish, petulant, raving, unspectacular, inarticulate and simple-minded (little Christmas vacation rant for you) Dabo Sweeny. It's why I do not believe that Swinney will enjoy the sustained success that these great men did. Has he had success and is he having success....yes, but.....Who does he inspire? What wisdom does he bring to the fore? How can someone as hokey, slow-witted, trite and weak minded sustain that success over the, let's say, next decade? This house of cards shall fall, and on his head. He simply doesn't have the chops to sustain it. So to the point of the post, why let him occupy any space in our minds? He occupies zero in mine for the reasons listed in the post. This too shall pass!"
Sounds like a bunch of democrats against President Trump. LOL
