One of the top players in the state of Nevada, Zion Branch, picked up a Clemson offer today. Branch, 6-2 190, is ranked as the 3rd best safety in the 2022 class as well as the 3rd best player in the state of Nevada, according to 247.
Branch has gathered in 25 offers to date, including powerhouses like Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, and Florida. He becomes the 22nd offer for Clemson in the 2022 class, and the 2nd safety offered. Still two years away from taking that next step, Branch looks very promising and I don't know if Clemson has ever gotten a player out of Nevada.
Branch helped lead Bishop German High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, to an 11-2 record and a #2 finish in the state. He led his team with 5 interceptions and added 29 tackles. Nothing but good things ahead of this young man.
Hmmmmmm......
