Clemson's top target at outside linebacker, Barrett Carter, will announce his college of choice tomorrow. Carter, out of Suwanee, Georgia, will announce at 6:50pm, Tuesday, May 19th, his mother's birthday.
Carter is currently ranked as the 11th best outside linebacker in the nation for the 2021 class according to ESPN. As a junior, Carter racked up 76 tackles and 9 sacks in leading North Gwinnett high school to a 12-2 record.
