Cornerback Philip Riley out of Valrico, Florida, received a Clemson offer yesterday. The 6-1 190 corner becomes the 12th cornerback offered by the tigers, the 62nd Clemson offer given out for the 2021 class.
As a junior, Riley had 28 tackles and 1 INT, helping lead his team to a 9-3 record. It was his 11th offer overall. His recruitment should pick up during his senior year. CSN will be following his recruitment.
