James Williams, the #1 safety in the 2021 class out of Opa Locka, Florida, announced his top 3 yesterday, narrowing his choices down to Clemson, Georgia, and Alabama. The top rated safety recently transferred from Western High School to American Heritage high school to finish out his high school career.
Last season at Western, Williams had a dominant year. He again earned first-team All-County honors after making 62 tackles and intercepting six passes. He also had 139 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
