4-star Center Roosevelt Wheeler received a Clemson offer today by Coach Brad Brownell. The 6-10 220 big man is currently ranked as the 3rd best player in the state of Virginia and the 8th best center in the country in the 2021 class.
Wheeler has 10 offers to date, including Georgetown, Louisville, Miami and NCState. Getting a man this size after losing Trey Jemison to transfer would be a big plus. As a junior, Wheeler helped lead Marshall High School, Richmond, Virginia to a 24-2 record by scoring 15.8 points a game, 11.9 rebounds and averaged 4.3 blocks a game.
