Earlier, it was reported that DB Kendall Dennis of Lakeland, Florida, would be visiting Clemson this weekend. Apparently, this is no longer the case. There have been some possible changes. Remember December 18th is new early Signing Day date. There will be TONS of "rumors" hitting the streets in the next week.
Rumor has it: Dabo Swinney is making an in-home visit today with Malcolm Greene, 4-star safety out of Highland Springs, Virginia. Greene has been committed to LSU since late October. What has changed in his recruiting? Stay tuned. (FYI several recruiting sites have already reported his flip.)
Rumor has it: DC Brent Venables is conducting an in-visit today with 5-star LB Justin Flowe. The 5-star LB has a very close relationship with DJ Uiagaleilei, current Clemson commit from Bellflower, California. Apparently, their dad;s played high school football together.
Rumor has it: LSU DC Dave Aranda is the early favorite for the head coaching job at UNLV. If he does take the job, will he continue as DC through the playoffs? Aranda is currently the highest paid assistant in college football. Inquiring minds want to know.
Rumor has it: Clemson will have an in-home visit later this week prior to the December 18th signing day at the home of 5-star DE Jordan Burch. Apparently, rumors are that USC suddenly leads Clemson in the race for Burch's signature. In other news: out of the mouth of a recruit which may remain nameless "My mom is probably not going to be happy with me." Remember these classics?
