Clemson Softball Post Fall Schedule

CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson University Softball Head Coach John Rittman announced the program’s first-ever fall schedule Thursday. The Tigers are set to take to the diamond for six exhibitions beginning Oct. 2.

“We are extremely excited to announce our 2019 fall scrimmage schedule,” said Rittman. “Due to stadium construction, all of our games this fall will be on the road.  This will give us an opportunity to see our team compete for the first time and for our younger players to gain valuable experience before we open up our regular season in February.”

The Clemson Softball roster currently consists of 16 players, including eight freshmen. Additionally, the Tigers were named one of six host sites for the 2020 Big Ten-ACC Challenge. Clemson will play host to Pitt, Maryland and Michigan State Feb. 14-16 at the Clemson Softball Stadium.
