Baseball Holds Fall Ball Media Day

Monte Lee and his staff opened fall ball to the media on Wed afternoon as we were invited to catch up with Coach Lee and the team and talk about the new faces and how they intend to replace the heart of the batting order. With a lot of pitching coming back ... Mat Clark and Davis Sharpe, along with players like Kier Meredith, Bryce Teodosio, Sam Hall, Carson Spiers, Jacob Hennessy, Chad Fairey and Adam Hackenberg look to form a nucleus as they figure out how this group transfers from the practice fields to the game day lineups.

We had the chance to speak with Coach Lee, Mat Clark and Kier Meredith. One of the biggest topics was the upcoming scrimmages with SEC foe's Alabama and Tennessee. A news twist this year that really has the coaches and players excited.
